All fees for services are outlined in proposals or contracts. Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services.
  • Additional fees, if specified in agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
